Props are a great asset to your practice. They help to enhance your strength, improve flexibility, support your joints, improve alignment and release muscle tension. 

Therapy Balls
for soft tissue release

I call these a "massage therapist in a bag."

We'll be kneading out tension from head to toe throughout our 8 weeks.

This soft inflatable ball is a dream for releasing gut and psoas tension, improving restricted breathing and supporting posture.
